What is the most beautiful city in the world?

Most people who come to Dubai either love it or hate it.

The reality -> it is a very competitive place to live in.

Every waking day is a challenge to grow. And i think it takes a toll on people.

But after living in 3 of the world's top 5 cities, I realized Dubai is the safest and best city to live in.

So here is how I have loved my time in Dubai for decades and how you can too by following the 10 steps below:

1. Use a very tight schedule on your calendar so that you know how to allocate your time wisely

---- >If you allocate your time wisely, you will achieve a healthy balance. Don't just wing it in a competitive place like Dubai.

2. Use Careem and Uber comfort cars not the normal Taxis.

---- > They are a little more pricey but more effective.

3. Attend specific events and networking opportunities that are actually in your field.

---- >Don't go to random things just because of the buzz. This is how you exhaust your energy and find that you don't grow.

4. Walk as much as you can in the winter. Do as much indoor cardio as you can in the summer.

---- >Most people complain about gaining weight in Dubai. This is EXACTLY how you avoid gaining weight in Dubai.

5. Do not randomly become close to random people. Find people that match your values and goals and create stronger bonds with them.

---- >It's better to be alone and protect your energy than get your energy drained by people that don't add value to your life.

6. Dubai has a lot of people who rent fancy things and end up broke. Avoid this at all costs.

---- >Live below your means by thinking about the long term. And remember that if you do it right you can end up as rich as you want in a place like Dubai.

7. Your first investment should be Dubai real estate.

---- >People think Dubai is some kind of unstable real estate market. The numbers have proved them wrong for decades.

8. Learn to enjoy working every day.

---- >This will help you learn new skills to actually elevate your lifestyle by increasing your income. Being hard working is just as important as being smart. Don't let the Gurus fool you.

9. Network with high quality investors and founders.

---- >These are the people that will one day help you 10x your income. It's better to start building your network from now because you will need to utilize it later.

10. Learn to utilize social media. Get on at least one platform that your potential target audience can be on and start creating content.

---- >Trying to avoid social media in today's world is just unrealistic. But in a place like Dubai that has one of the highest social media users per capita, avoiding social media will guarantee that you stay invisible to the best opportunities.

If you follow these steps, you will immediately start to have a much better time in a place like Dubai.

And start to love it as much as I do!
