Suddenly, empires didn’t have to lose so many of their precious people.

With precise marksmen on the battlefield, entire armies could be disrupted by small, decentralized units. No longer did you need to rely on massive formations. Small, strategic groups of sharpshooters could dismantle entire armies with precision, patience, and efficiency.

A lot of excellent founders and CEOs think delegating means "telling people what to do."

WRONG! ❌

True delegation comes from becoming a sharpshooter in your own business.

It means focusing on the ONE department where you have a natural advantage — the one thing you do better than 99% of people. Then, you hire experts to handle everything else.

Take Elon Musk, for example.

He’s a beast when it comes to design and engineering. The man understands physics in a way most people will never comprehend. His brain bends the limits of physics with ease. So, what does he do?

He builds companies that are focused on design and engineering excellence.
Then, he hires the best salespeople, marketers, and business minds to handle everything else.

So, what should YOU do?
If your natural business talents are:
Sales → Do ONLY that and hire the best for everything else.
Marketing → Do ONLY that and hire the best for everything else.
Product → Do ONLY that and hire the best for everything else.
Finance → Do ONLY that and hire the best for everything else.

I don’t believe in "working on your weaknesses."

That’s like being the person who spends 20 years saving up $1M, living a miserable life eating $1 pizzas, only to retire and die shortly after.

That same person could have invested $100K to learn new skills and discover their natural talents. Then, they could have gone ALL IN on that one talent — the one thing they do better than most people.
